The American tycoon Donald Trump is set to participate in major projects in Thailand. Trump confirmed in a conversation about the intention to start investing the largest center in Bangkok.

The company plans to develop a luxury shopping center, which includes 178 apartments and 30 luxury suites with a 30-year lease for the owners. «We have studied all the conditions for the development of the market in Thailand. We believe that Asia provides a high level of growth opportunities in the future», said Trump company spokesman.

The portfolio of Trump company, known as a developer of premium projects that include office buildings, hotels, condominiums, casinos, golf courses, is mostly situated in major U.S. cities.

It is also developing Trump International Hotel and a skyscraper in Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
